Founded in 2017, MTL Exteriors, LLC was originally contracted for metal roof and wall systems on commercial and pre-engineered metal buildings. Since then, MTL Exteriors has expanded to include a wider range of materials and services to meet the needs of evolving architectural styles and building types.

Metal wall panel systems provide a unique approach to building exteriors, from barn-style corrugated to sophisticated smooth-skin composites. Metal wall systems come in many shapes, sizes, colors and finishes, with exposed-fasteners or concealed attachment.

Metal wall panels provide solutions to many design challenges that may require large panel size, strong durability, fire-rating, industrial environments or extreme weather exposures.

Metal wall panels are easily adapted to many different building framing designs, from conventional wood frame to open-span light gauge and structural steel.

Composite Aluminum (ACM)

Building Commercial Success

Aluminum metal composite materials ( ACM ) are produced by laminating two thin sheets of aluminum on either side of an extruded thermoplastic core. Other metal composite materials are also available ( stainless, copper, zinc, bronze, etc.. ).

The metallic surfaces are prefinished and coil-coated in a variety of paint finishes before bonding. ACM panels offer the rigidity of heavy-gauge sheet metal in a lightweight panel that’s easy to fabricate and adaptable to a vast range of indoor and outdoor building applications.

Aluminum composite materials ( ACM ) offer a modern approach to building wall panel design. Used for both exterior and interior applications, ACM’s provide the ability to provide large format panels with a very smooth appearance ( no “oil-canning” ). Panel sizes up to 48” x 240” are examples of the sizes available.
